Terms of Service

EverySnap (trading name) is a photo and video collection service for events, operated from the United Kingdom and available at everysnap.co.uk. Formal company registration details will be added here once the business entity is registered. You can reach us at hello@everysnap.co.uk.

Hosts need an account to create an event. You must be at least 18 to open one, give accurate details, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Guests do not need an account — they simply enter a first name so their uploads can be identified in the gallery.

You can create an event for free and try it before you buy. Paid plans, disposable camera packs and group videos are one-off purchases for a single event, priced in pounds sterling and charged at the point of purchase.

• Each plan has its own limits on uploads, guests, shots and how long the gallery stays online. The limits shown at checkout are the ones that apply.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are not available once an event is live.

Because a purchase unlocks your event straight away, you agree that the service starts immediately and you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once guests have begun uploading. If your event has not been used, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. If something goes wrong on our side and you cannot collect your photos, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.

You and your guests keep ownership of everything uploaded. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely so we can run the gallery for your event and provide downloads.

We will never sell your photos or use them in marketing without asking you first in writing.

You must not upload or share:

• Anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing or defamatory.
• Sexual content, or any image of a child that is not appropriate and consented to by a parent or guardian.
• Content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Malware, or anything designed to disrupt the service.

Hosts are responsible for moderating their own gallery and can remove any upload. We may remove content or suspend an event that breaks these rules.

We work hard to keep EverySnap online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Galleries stay available for the period included in your plan. Download everything you want to keep before that period ends — after it, content may be deleted permanently. We are not a backup service.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
