Four steps to every memory

EverySnap is deliberately simple. If your guests can take a photo, they can take part.

1. Create your event

Sign up, name your day, choose the occasion and add a short welcome note. Your gallery and a unique event code are ready immediately — no payment needed to set it up.

2. Print and place your QR code

Every event gets a printable QR card and a short link. Put it on tables, in the invite, behind the bar or on the screen. Guests scan it with their normal phone camera.

3. Guests scan and share

The gallery opens in their browser. They type their first name — no account, no download — take a photo live there and then, or pick photos and videos from their camera roll, add a little message and upload.

4. Keep everything

Watch the gallery fill up live during the event, remove anything you'd rather not keep, and download the whole collection in full quality whenever you like.

Host tips that actually work

  • Put a QR card on every table — people upload where they're sitting.
  • Add a fun prompt to your welcome note, like “show us your dance moves”.
  • Show the live gallery on a screen. Guests upload more when they see it.
  • Send the link out again the morning after — that's when the best photos appear.
